Pricing questions
Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. Your plan is a flat monthly price, not per person seat. Trainers and admins are not charged per user, so adding your team never changes the price.
Do you charge per exam?
No. There is no per-exam fee. Every plan includes 25 proctored exams per student. If you need more than that, we set up a custom quote rather than metering each sitting.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Up to 10 students is free, with the core platform included. You move onto a paid band only as your student count grows.
How is the monthly price worked out?
It is a flat monthly price for the band your student count falls into, shown in the table on the pricing page, with every feature included and the first 5 days of recording retention free. Use the estimator to see your exact price.
